If either of these are unavailable, please contact the appropriate Regional Director or the CVF office at cvffcv@bellnet.ca The CVF makes every effort to keep this information up to date, but changes do occur from time to time that may inconvenience walkers who travel.

From the Trans Canada Highway east or west, turn north on College Ave. to Kipling Street.  Right on Kipling to Kingsway Avenue; left on Kingsway Avenue to Fas Gas.

START POINT: After registering and pick up directions at Fas Gas drive to Crescent Heights Leisure Centre (200 Division Ave. N) to begin the walk.

Sidewalks and asphalt trails through parks and urban areas. some shale and stairs.

From either Leduc or Wetaskiwin follow Hwy 2A into Millet. The Petrocan is in the south end of Millet.

From Edmonton take Hwy 2 North to the Morinville exit, to 100 Avenue.  Turn right to the gas station which is the start point.

Dawn to dusk. Ask staff for walk box.

Trail takes you around scenic Morinville, mainly residential and some muti-use trails through the parks.

Start point is located on the East side of 50th Ave., between 32 Street and Bower Mall.

The majority of the walk follows paved park trails and some city streets.

Franklin’s Inn, 2016 Sherwood Drive

From Hwy 216 turn onto East Baseline Rd. to Sherwood Dr. Turn South on Sherwood Dr. Turn East onto Festival Dr. and enter the Franklin Inn parking lot.

Open 24 hours every day of the year. Ask desk for the walk box.

Walk uses the multi-use paved trail system. The trail crosses a bridge over Ball Lake and passes through the Heritage Hills wetlands.

Trail will take you around the city and along the trails of Red Willow Park.  Some small hills. 10 km can be done with a stroller. Note: Use stamp #2.

Trail will take you through various residential neighbourhoods and along Red Willow Park trails.  Take time to visit the City Hall, St. Albert Place, designed by Douglas Cardinal, and the original mission on the hill.

This is a Historical walk through the old settlement of St. Albert and along the trails of Red Willow Park. Suitable for strollers.

From Hwy #2 turn west onto 11A. Drive 15 km to Sylvan Lake. Hwy 11A becomes Lakeshore Dr. Turn left onto 46 Street to 50 Ave. Turn right on 50 Ave. for 1 block to the Tourist Centre.

Free parking.

09:00-20:00 daily

The walk is mostly on trails and pathways / sidewalk through the town of Sylvan Lake.  4 kilometers of trail are alongside the lake.

Trails are well maintained and are a mixture of gravel and packed surfaces as well as grass.
