Through the City of Brockville and along the waterfront. An easy walk, mostly on pavement with no significant hills.

Hwy. #401 to Sir John A. MacDonald  Blvd. exit  #615 South to Bath Rd. Left on Bath  Rd. one block to Palace Rd.  Right on Palace Rd. one block to Wright Cres. Right to YMCA.  Obtain walk box at Front Desk. Parking available at or near the YMCA.

Hwy. #401(Exit 623) to Hwy. #15. Exit south to Hwy. #2.  Right on Hwy. #2, over the causeway to Princess St. Left on Princess St. to the Holiday Inn.  There is parking at the hotel, however there is a fee. Check in at the Fitness Centre desk which is upstairs.  Enter front door, turn left, pass the elevators to the Fitness Centre which is at the end of the hall.
