From the East exit the 417 at Castlefrank Drive. Turn Left at end of the ramp and turn left again at the next corner to Aird Place. The Leisure Centre is on your left. From the West exit the 417 at Eagleson Rd. Continue on Eagleson southbound (right) until you reach Katimavik and right again on Aird. The Leisure Centre is on your right.

Take Carp Road, Exit 144, from Highway 417, turn left and follow Carp Road to Main St. Stittsville, turn right. Shoppers Drug Mart, and the Stittsville Shopping Centre are on the right, immediately after the right turn onto Main St. Start/Finish is in the Drug Store. Ask the cashier for the walk box. 

Easy walk on pavement with no significant hills. Could be walked with a stroller.

Take Carling Ave. to Holland Ave. Turn north on Holland to Wellington St. Turn left. Wellington becomes Richmond Rd.  Follow Richmond Rd. to just past Churchill.. Bridgehead Coffee Shop will be on your left, just before the Mountain Co-op Equipment store.

Trail mostly on sidewalks and recreational trails. The 10k trail passes through part of the Central Experimental Farm.
