WALK DESCRIPTION: 
West Coast wilderness awaits you at East Sooke Regional Park. Experience it as you hike along the rocky coast, over dry hilltops, through dark rainforest to sheltered coves.  Bring a chair and a picnic lunch to enjoy after the walk.
DIRECTIONS TO START POINT:  Follow Sooke Road, Highway 14, towards Sooke. Just after 17 Mile House Pub, turn left on Gillespie Road. After 5.6 km turn left on East Sooke Road, then after 1.9 km turn right on Becher Bay Road.  A further 1.7 km will bring you to the park entrance and parking lot.

WALK DESCRIPTION: Walk on quiet country roads to beautiful Winter Cove Marine Park – a part of the Gulf Islands National Park – for a picnic lunch. The return journey has an optional loop along Lyall Creek which includes a steep walk by a waterfall. At the end of the walk relax on the patio of the Saturna Lighthouse Pub while waiting for the ferry at 4:40 pm.
DIRECTIONS TO START POINT: North on Patricia Bay Hwy 17 to its end at the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

WALK DESCRIPTION: Trail is mostly on the Red Willow Trail System and some residential streets. The stamping desk closes at 17:00. Participants doing the full triathlon are advised to start at 07:00.  BBQ potluck starts at 14:00.
DIRECTIONS TO START POINT: From Hwy 2, turn east (right) on Sturgeon Rd. Left turn on Sir Winston Churchill Ave. Watch for Red Willow Park (Kingswood) and parking lot on left.

DIRECTIONS TO START POINT: From King George Boulevard (Hwy #99A) turn West on Colebrook Road; From Hwy #10, turn South on 120 Street (Scott Road); Left New McLellan Road; Right 125A Street; fork Left on Station Street; Left Colebrook Road; Right 127A Street.
