Oktoberfest Walk - Saturday, october 18
![Come join us as we walk among the beautiful fall colours in the NCC Greenbelt, just outside the urban heart of the city. There will be two routes available for the first part of this segmented walk - 2 km for those doing the 5 km total option, and 7 km for those doing the 10 km. route. Once finished, we will all go to the Domaine Perrault, the Ottawa Valley’s only winery, for a further 3 km. We will literally do a tour of the vineyard and then proceed up the road a bit to a Guinness World Record site and back again to the winery. [Please refer to the Google Maps, below]
The wine boutique will be open to visit, of course. After the walk, we will go back to the Maple Leaf Almrausch Club, 3928 Farmer’s Way. That’s the side road you crossed just before going over the 417 when you left the Greenbelt area to come to the Domaine Perrault. [Please refer to the Google Maps, below. Printed directions will also be included in the 5 and 10 km walk instructions.]

IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A SAUSAGE [$4.00 ea.] AT THE ALMRAUSCH CLUB, PLEASE LET DIANE HOSKINS KNOW IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE YOUR ORDER. THE BAR WILL BE OPEN IN ANY CASE, OF COURSE. WE’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT THE WALK.
